Curator Agreement

This Curator Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Curated Terms of Service and applies to anyone who publishes paid lists on Curated ("Curator," "you"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

1. Eligibility

To receive payouts, you must (a) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, (b) onboard and maintain a Stripe Connect Express account in good standing, and (c) provide accurate tax and identity information when requested.

2. Revenue Share

Paid lists are sold on the web through Stripe (one-time purchases via Stripe Checkout, recurring access via Stripe Billing). After Stripe processing fees, you receive 85% of net revenue and Curated retains 15% as a platform fee.

3. Payment Schedule

Earnings are paid monthly via Stripe Connect, typically within the first 10 business days of the following month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $25. Balances below the threshold roll forward.

4. Reserve and Holds

Curated holds 10% of your earnings as a reserve for 60 days from the date of the underlying sale to cover refunds, chargebacks, and disputes. After 60 days, the released reserve is added to your next eligible payout.

5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Clawbacks

If a purchase is refunded or charged back after you have been paid (for example, a Stripe dispute resolved against the sale), the corresponding amount, including any associated fees, will be deducted from your reserve or from future earnings. If your balance is negative at account closure, Curated may pursue recovery to the extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Curator Content. You grant Curated the display, hosting, and promotional license set out in Section 2 of the Terms of Service, and you confirm you have the rights to grant it. AI-assisted enrichment outputs you accept become part of your Curator Content.

7. Prohibited Listings

You may not sell or list illegal goods or services, content that infringes third-party rights, scraped or AI-only content presented as your personal picks, misleading pricing, or anything else prohibited by our Content Policy.

8. Suspension of Payouts

Curated may pause payouts during investigation of fraud, policy violations, excessive refunds, or legal requests. We will resume payouts promptly once the issue is resolved.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. On termination, any earned and undisputed balance above the minimum threshold will be paid out on the next normal cycle, subject to the reserve period.
